Most orders ship within 2 business days. Delivery across South Africa typically takes 2–5 working days. Remote areas may take longer.
Returns
Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Digital downloads and personalized items are non-refundable. See Returns.
Prohibited items
- Counterfeit goods or trademark infringements.
- Weapons, ammunition, or hazardous chemicals.
- Live animals, drugs, or medical devices without licensing.
Seller conduct
Sellers must ship promptly, respond to messages within 2 business days, and honour advertised prices. Repeat violations lead to store suspension.
Buyer protection
If an item arrives damaged, doesn’t match the description, or never arrives, you can open a dispute within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll refund you if the claim is valid.
